Thinkeo began as a no-code platform for turning structured knowledge into repeatable AI-generated documents. nullzwei engineered the original frontend from zero to one, building every component and page.
Two years later, we returned for a separate design engagement to address a problem at the centre of the product. A visual document editor feels familiar at small scale, but becomes impossible to navigate when an automation grows to 50 or 100 connected steps. The product could execute those pipelines; the interface was what failed first.
The redesigned editor lets users move between document and node views without changing the underlying workflow.
We designed a new experience where the same workflow can be viewed as a document or as nodes and layers. Language models become controllable blocks, with specialised agents working on separate parts of the pipeline. A beginner can stay in the document view, while larger systems with more than 100 nodes remain visible and editable.
Across both engagements, the work totalled four months. The product later rebranded as Cobl. Its current customer stories report reducing RFP production from several days to two hours, and generating 150–200-page documents in under five minutes with about 90% ready to use.
