A weekend-only clothing store built around high-pressure Friday drops. The shop locks between releases; visitors join the early-access email and text lists, then return as new stock goes live and popular pieces begin selling out within minutes.
When we joined four years ago, parts of the store were broken, its structure had not been optimised for conversion, and new products were added without photography or wider storytelling. We rebuilt the site from scratch and have worked with Body on every launch since. It is now a weekly rhythm.
Each release became a chance to learn. We used launch analytics to refine the store, made fuller use of campaign imagery, and tested where customers were most likely to add the matching half of a set.
When stock can disappear in minutes, every second spent searching turns into frustration.
For special sale events, we replaced generic storefront filters with a single useful question: what size do you wear? Customers instantly see the full range ready to ship in their size, avoiding dead ends while stock moves quickly.
Our custom recommendation engine learns which products are bought together, accounts for Body's unusual stock-keeping logic, and updates in seconds rather than the hours required by Shopify's standard system. The site also manages the locked-store and early-access flow used to grow email and text subscribers. Weekly launches can now be prepared in under an hour.
